About Dr Wong
Dr Geok Hua Wong was born in Singapore in 1930. He migrated to Australia in the 1950's to study Medicine.
Geok Hua Wong graduated Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Melbourne University in 1957.
After a lifetime of career success as both a Medical Practitioner and later in psychiatry where he continued to consult into his late sixties. Dr Geok Hua Wong passed away in Melbourne in March 2015 aged 84.
The Geok Hua Wong Charitable Trust designed to create a means by which his lifelong practice of generous support of charities and of the disadvantaged would be continued indefinitely after his death.
